How much is the monthly rent?
1500€ long term, 2000 for the duration of a single month.

How much is the deposit?
1400.

How do I pay rent?
You will be paying rent on an agreed date on a month by month basis, into an agreed bank account. 

Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent, and you will be responsible for paying them based on usage. We will notify you of your electricity provider and how to set up payments with them before the start of the tenancy. 

Why do I have to pay a deposit?
We trust that you will keep the apartment in good order and good condition. We hold the deposit to ensure that any damages that are over expected fair wear and tear can be corrected at the end of the tenancy.

What will happen to my deposit?
We hold your deposit safely in a separate bank account, correctly marked and labeled as yours, to give back to you in whole or in part depending on the state of the apartment at the end of your tenancy, including for short tenancy agreements. 

What is a tenancy agreement?
A tenancy agreement is a contract signed by you, the tenant and us, the landlord. It outlines all the rules to which both parties must comply.

What is a routine visit and when can we enter the apartment?
We will regularly schedule visits to the apartment. We want to make sure that the apartments are maintained in good condition as well as to check for any maintenance issues.  We will give you notice before entering the apartment, except in the case of emergencies. 

Who is responsible for repairs?
We are responsible for maintaining the apartments in a good state of repair. If you do damage to the apartment you are expected to cover the cost of any damages. 

Can I decorate or make changes to the property?
We do not allow major changes or decorations being made, however we recommend writing to use with any requests and we will look into it on a case by case basis. 

What if I accidentally cause damage to the property?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have caused any damage. You will be expected to cover the cost of repairing the damages. 

What if I want to end the tenancy early?
You must give us at least 1 month notice if you wish to end the tenancy agreement sooner, and your deposit will be held to cover early tenancy ending fees. 

What happens when I move out?
You will be charged a one-off cleaning payment of €100.

How can I schedule a viewing for one of the apartments?
You can let us know if you're interested in booking a viewing for one of our apartments by contacting us through our web form on our Contact page. Please mention when you would like to view it and we will let you know if we have availability for your chosen date and time. Please don't forget to mention which apartment you're interested in viewing. 

I want to rent one of the apartments, what now?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you're interested in renting one of our apartments as we cannot guarantee availability for a long period of time. If you've already had a viewing, we will have given you a contact number that you can contact us on to let us know you would like to rent. If not, please let us know through the web form on our Contact page, with the relevant information on which apartment you'd like to rent, the duration, move-in date, as well as a copy of your ID.
